Our main objective is to insure compliance with the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Police, Health Department and Fire Departments and to protect the facility. Our insurance package offers coverage of $5 million in liquor and general liability insurance.

Our job is also to add to the guests or patrons’ experience when visiting a facility for an event. BBC will customize services that will fill these needs and create revenue streams for our partners. One of the most successful models is for BBC to license a facility and operate its daily food operation. For the facility’s event program, we are the exclusive for the beverage side of the event, but do not require that we be exclusive for food catering. This concept works! It expands the potential client base to include food caterers and clients that want to decide who provides the food catering at their event.
