Mr. Alton started Best Beverage Catering in 1990 when he saw an opportunity to fill a needed role in the Bay Area events scene. Many caterers were successful, but lacked the ability to be completely full-service. Primarily, BBC is an industry partner who is able to skillfully and legally provide bar service for private and public events. Mr. Alton's entrepreneurial skills still show today, as he continues to expand the parameters of BBC. He currently oversees offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Palm Springs. His reaches have now expanded into venue management and large-scale concession services for the music and sporting industries, most notable Super Bowl of 2003 and 2005-2010.

Mrs. Kavert has served as our Sales Manager since joining the company in July of 1999. Prior to this, she served as a Board of Director with Travelzoo, a National Account Manager for Budget Rent a Car and Marketing Director for PLM Air. Her extensive and diverse background along with her relationship building and strong cold calling skills has yielded an impressive growth in our special event business. She continues to manage and maintain our existing client base as well as strengthening our position in the marketing place.

Mrs. Anguiano is BBC's sales person for National and local LA based public concessions events. She coordinates the logistics needed to sell food and beverages at your event such as rentals, insurance, and permitting. Her specialty is coordinating food-related attractions customized for the client and attendees of the event. Whether it is a BBQ contest at a Country Music Event, a Certified Farmer's Market or a Restaurant Row highlighting local fare, Christine will implement it seamlessly and make BBC's clients look like a star.

After joining BBC in 1999, Niels opened and established the Coachella Valley branch of BBC. After setting up the sales and operations in the desert, Niels shifted focus to our large public events, stemming from our involvement in the Coachella Valley Music Festival & Arts Festival & Stagecoach Country Music Festival. Currently, he operates programs throughout the U.S., including the NFL Tailgate, Electric Zoo Festival in New York City, and Outside Lands Music Festival.

In February of 2005, Mr. Murray joined Best Beverage Catering as Director of Marketing and Client Service. Prior to February, she was employed with an investment firm in the San Diego area in both client service and sales. Her extensive and diverse background along with her relationship building skills has allowed for a smooth transition. Nike's current responsibility is marketing and client services for concessions, beverage and food catering. She works directly with clients to ensure successful events, is responsible for a number of the in-house accounts, and works to build partnerships with industry professionals.

Since 2004, Mr. Fisher has been an integral part of our southern California operation. Starting off as a Production Manager, his role grown exponential. He now oversees our entire South California area operation, including all operations at the Fox Theater Pomona. In addition to his regular duties, Rob is indispensible at our public events such as Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival & Van Warp Tour.
